This refers to forward ordering the latest fabric collections from our US Fabric house suppliers. Typically, these product orders will be for release ~4 - 6 months from the date of order.
Sales orders are placed either via in-person sales visits at your store, or through the New Releases section of this website. Please choose carefully, as once we place our supplier orders for your indent order goods these become non-cancellable (please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information).
Minimum cut lengths for indent ordering is 5 metres unless specified. If there is less than 1 metre remaining on a bolt after your order, this amount will be added to your order. For example, if there is 5.9 metres left on a bolt – and you order 5 metres, you will receive and be invoiced for the 5.9 metres.
We reserve the right to decline an indent order from you if we have not received sufficient aggregate order volume to justify ordering the product from our suppliers.
The website covers an extensive range of Fabrics and supplies that we stock in our Te Rapa warehouse, which are available for immediate delivery.
Minimum cut lengths for fabric is 3 metres. If there is less than 1 metre remaining on a bolt after your order, this amount will be added to your order. For example, if there is 3.9 metres left on a bolt – and you order 3 metres, you will receive and be invoiced for the 3.9 metres.
For items in stock the Warehouse team will contact you to arrange payment prior to product dispatch. Payment is not made at checkout via the website.
Cash account customers placing indent orders for New Release collections, may be required to pay a deposit prior to order confirmation. The Warehouse team will be in contact if this is required.
